TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&Cs)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all artistic services provided by Anna Ugryumova, in particular wall painting, artworks, murals, and creative projects.

2. Subject Matter of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the individual creation of artworks in agreement with the client.

3. Offer & Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded through written confirmation (email is sufficient) as well as an agreed deposit payment.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are agreed individually depending on the project.

As a rule, a deposit is paid before the start of work. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

5. Copyright

All works remain the intellectual property of the artist. Any use, reproduction, or publication is only permitted with explicit consent.

6. Cancellation

In case of cancellation by the client, costs already incurred as well as preparatory work may be invoiced.

7. Liability

No liability is assumed for damage caused by external circumstances during execution, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
